Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower

Description

Are you ready for some yummy, healthy football food!?


Ingredients

Scale

1 whole head of cauliflower

3 celery stalks

1 tbsp olive oil

5 tbsp butter, melted

1/3 cup hot sauce (I used Franks)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

green onions, chopped

ranch dressing for serving


Instructions

pre heat oven to 400 degrees

remove stems and leaves from cauliflower head, place in a baking pan

in a bowl add melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine

reserve 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce for serving

pour remaining sauce over the whole cauliflower head

bake in pre heated oven for 60 – 90 minutes

top with remaining buffalo sauce, green onions and drizzle with ranch dressing (optional)

serve with celery sticks
