Grilled Peach Puree

Pro tip...Grill the peaches before you puree them. Grilling the peaches add another level of delicious flavor and is a great way to get your baby used to some elevated flavors and textures. Plus grilled peaches make a great snack for you too. Pair them with some greek yogurt - you're welcome.



Recipe:

  • Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a sauté, grill or cast iron pan on medium heat. Place peach halves face down and let cool till a nice brown color develops - about 2 or 3 minutes

  • remove from pan and let cool

  • peel and chop the peaches

  • place in a food processor with 1 tbsp of water - add more as needed

  • blend till smooth

  • watch baby light up after trying this!
